 In this capacity, Raksha  developed a regional marketing & communications strategy & led a virtual team of 19 geographically distributed resources across eight Asian countries (of varying maturities, capabilities and cultures). She rebuilt key regional third-party advisor and analyst relationships, managed all regional marketing budget and activities including: designing and developing external marketing campaigns, market intelligence, PR activities and collaborated on market intelligence and internal communications for the region.
