For several years Raksha deliver a large portion of a three-million-dollar annual coaching and leadership development, performance breakthrough contract over a period of three years for the leadership team of Asia-Pacific and South Africa for BP an Oil and Gas sector client.  A key component of the JMWs business in Asia-Pacific was facilitating alignment amongst alignment partners for  performance realization for large scale capital infrastructure projects.
