For one Chinese Aviation company, Raksha conducted preliminary assessments  interviews to determine barriers to performance and a 5 year strategy.  A key component of the JMWs business in Asia-Pacific was facilitating alignment amongst alignment partners for  performance realization for large scale capital infrastructure projects.
