For one Chinese Aviation company, Raksha conducted preliminary assessments  interviews to determine barriers to performance and a 5 year strategy. From the results she designed a series of workshops to align the leaderhsip team and  five-year strategy for an aviation oil company,conducting an assessment and providing coaching surrounding behavioural safety for a global resources company

Alignment and Performance Realization for Several Large - Scale Capital Intensive Alliances

 A key component of the JMWs business in Asia-Pacific was facilitating alignment amongst alignment partners for  performance realization for large scale capital infrastructure projects. During her time with JMW Australia, Raksha worked with many alliance, joint venture, and PPP -type partnerships in which alignment between multiple vendors and parties was critical for project to complete on time and on budget and in which collaborating parties has competing agendas and where a shared vison and approach was necessary.
